Staffordshire Bull Terriers

Potteries Limit 12-02-12

Thanks to Stu Foster for judging Inka best bitch and reserve best in show at the Potteries Limit, 12-02-12.  As always a very well run and friendly show.  Raef wasn't to his taste though.  Good to see so many friends.

Notts & Derby Christmas Open 11-12-11

Big thank you to Ian Wild for picking Inka as best bitch and reserve best in show, and Raef as 3rd in limit dog.

Alport Black Ink at Delphinstaff , very happy to come across this girl there was no ignoring her, she shone for me, beautifully presented and handled, a feminine Blk brindle with plenty of depth to skull with decent muzzle length accompanied by well placed ears and dark eye giving superb expression , clean throughout with true straight front nice look of lift without losing balance, top end of the standard in height good length of neck leading to well placed shoulders exhibiting ample layback, nice amount of prosternum coupled with depth of brisket but without any hint of heaviness, good rib and nicely tucked at the loin plenty of rear angulation well let down but any more would be too much, moved well though.

Well done Inka

W Mids Terrier Society 03-12-11, Dave Manito judging gave Inka Best of Breed from 42 entries, and she went on to make the cut in top 7 for the Group of 26 breeds.  Well done to Jane for getting Inka to show properly.

Well done Raef

SBTC of South Wales Champ Show 27-11-11, Alan George judging gave Raef second in Limit Dog and so Raef is entered in the Kennel Club Stud Book.

Lovely show

Potteries Open, 6th Nov 2011.  Raef stayed home because of a poorly tail but Inka strutted her stuff and Alison Hinsley placed her first in Junior Bitch.  Inka was also in strong contention for best or reserve best bitch, but two other good ones pipped her to it.

Fantastic result

Midland Counties Champ Sunday 30-10-11, Jenny Smith judging gave Inka first place in Junior and then a RESERVE CC Woohoo!

Mixed weekend

Two very big shows this weekend, East Midlands and Staffordshire Champ shows.  No luck at E Mids but Raef and Inka both highly commended in very strong classes at the parent club.  Thanks to Gem Rowe for showing Raef.

Raef had his nails clipped at the vet's today in aid of Children in Need.
